• Harass or abuse drivers/passengers
• Provide false information

5. Driver and Ride Matching

We do our best to ensure reliable matching between drivers and passengers, but we do not guarantee availability at all times.

6. Payments and Fees

All ride payments are processed securely through the app. You agree to pay all applicable fees for completed rides.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on ride status and time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
• Personal injury or property damage from using the service
• Unforeseen delays or service interruptions
• Actions or conduct of drivers or other users

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, especially in cases of policy violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Albania.
